There are no monthly brokerage fees. There are small brokerage fees when you join and each year. The ongoing costs are tied to selling homes: a commission split and a small transaction fee. Once you reach a low annual cap on the split, you keep your full commission for the rest of your anniversary year, minus a small transaction fee on each sale. And you don't pay me anything as your sponsor. I'll walk you through the exact numbers on our call, so you can make an informed decision.
